Our Vision
For years, Peace In Practice has brought yoga to where our community already gathers: Wellness Wednesday, rec centers, schools, and our teacher trainings. Now we are opening a door of our own.
This is a place to rest, get strong, reconnect with joy, and leave a little more whole than you arrived. We are rooted in North Minneapolis and growing into Uptown, so the health, vibrancy, and wealth built here flow back to the communities that built us.
Come breathe with us. Come sweat with us. Come build this with us.
What You Can Count On In Every Class
No matter which class you walk into, it holds the same care.
Grounded from the start. Every practice opens with a grounding moment rooted in spinal alignment, then breath awareness and an intention. Breath stays at the center throughout.
Every level, every class. You choose your intensity. You have full permission to be exactly as you are.
Real rest. Every class closes in stillness and savasana, with a cold, scented towel.
