Healing-Centered Level One 200hr Yoga Teacher Training
Next Training Starts February, 2027
Our comprehensive and holistic training program focuses on trauma-informed practices for guiding ethical, safe, and inclusive yoga and mindfulness classes. We are a certified Yoga Alliance school. Lead by senior instructors and PIP co-founders Jaina Two Rivers and Chance York.
Back Outside Retreat
Join us September 20, 2026
A day-long rejuvenating retreat. 10:00am - 4:00pm (arrival between 9-10am). Includes yoga classes, snacks, and wellness workshops. Located on a beautiful lake at The Fields at Rootsprings in Annadale, MN, just 45 minutes outside of the cities. Tuition: $100. Limited scholarships available. First come first serve basis, registration open to the first 30 participants.
Wellness Wednesdays
Every Wednesday 7-9 pm at Northside Artspace Lofts
A weekly yoga & mindful movement hangout that showcases our favorite wellness leaders for the culture. Expect movement, meditation, reflection, conversation, and refreshment. By donation.
300 hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training
2 year program has ongoing enrollment. Online or in person.
Healing-centered yoga and meditation advanced training and certification. Hosted by Jaina Two Rivers and Chance York with multiple guest specialists. Pre-requisite: You must have completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training (from any Yoga Alliance certified school).
Youth Community Programming
We are honored to lead an after-school youth program at 21st Century Academy through Northside Achievement Zone in North Minneapolis, the YMCA, The Boys & Girls Club, and more! We teach K-12th graders yoga movements, mindfulness, leadership, and emotional regulation. Classes are one hour a day. The curriculum is age-appropriate, fun, calming, and fosters curiosity for one’s body-mind connection. Lead by PIP instructors and teachers in training.
